Shipping and Returns

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders will ship within 1-3 business days. Packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail and are typically delivered within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking number once your order ships from USPS. The USPS is currently operating slower than usual, so there may be delays in delivery.


International Shipping Policy

Currently, we offer international shipping to Canada. Packages are sent via USPS First Class International Mail, which includes tracking.  Shipping times may vary depending on location. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 1-3 weeks. Additional customs, duties and fees must be paid by the customer. Please note, international packages may be delayed by customs at no fault of Pigeon.


Return & Exchange Policy

We carefully inspect all of our products before shipment. Because each product is designed specifically for you, orders cannot be returned or refunded. However, if your order arrives damaged due to shipping and handling, we will happily replace or refund your order if photos of proof of damage are submitted to Pigeon within 7 days of delivery.
